  • Where do I start?
    Start with a budget then choose a planner! Starting with a budget allows us to help you choose a venue and date that align with your budget from the start. Within your budget try to prioritize the 3 most important aspects of the day for you and your partner.
  • How much is each package?
    Our package prices vary based on the services you are looking for. Contact us today to receive our pricing guide and a consult.
  • Can I customize and change items in a package?
    Yes! All our packages are customizable! They can also be used as a base to create your very own package​.
  • Can I add hours onto a package?
    Yes!
  • Can you help us with vendors?
    All of our packages include access to our preferred vendor list, many of which offer discounts to Direct My Day clients when working with our planners. Our Partial & Full Planning packages also include assistance with booking and connecting to vendors.
  • After we have booked you, what is the next step?
    After you book with Direct My Day, you will be assigned a planner from our team. Your planner will then reach out to introduce themselves and schedule the first planning call. That's when the magic really starts to happen. Planning timelines vary by package.
  • When should I do a site visit?
    When you feel most comfortable; It can be before booking with us, or later in the process! Walking through venues with your planner can help you identify the costs associated with each venue early on. Venue and vendor selection assistance is available with Partial & Full planning and a la carte.
